Privacy Notice (PDPA)
We collect only the data needed to operate our gym communication and bookings, including contact details shared through WhatsApp, Instagram, or calls, and booking notes written at the gym (first name and training date).
For DTV visa support, we may also receive application-related documents you choose to send us, such as passport identification pages, proof of current location, financial documents, and other supporting records needed to prepare your training enrollment and related gym documents.
We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand website traffic trends.
We use data for booking management, customer communication, service operations, and legal compliance. Data may be processed through service providers such as WhatsApp/Meta and Google.
DTV-related documents are used only for communication with you, preparation of your gym support documents, and reasonable internal record-keeping connected to the service you request. We do not sell this data.
Please send only the documents necessary for your request. If you want us to delete DTV-related documents from our records after your case is closed, you can request deletion by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Booking Terms
Bookings are arranged via WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone call.
Payment is in cash at the gym.
No refunds.
For DTV-related training programs, if the visa application is refused, we refund the training program payment made to us. Official visa fees paid to Thai authorities and any bank transfer or payment processing fees are not refundable.
Rescheduling is generally free, subject to schedule availability.
Training packs are valid for a maximum of one month from purchase date.
No-show sessions are not charged.
Photo and Video Policy
We may publish training photos or videos on our website, social media, and ads to show gym activities.
If you want your image removed, message us on WhatsApp and include the photo or link. We will remove it as soon as reasonably possible.
For underage persons, a parent or legal guardian can request removal at any time.
